We install rock pits or an infiltration trench where there are no storm connections available or as per municipal guidelines. For a seamless experience for our clients where rock pits are required, we proactively coordinate with the rock pit design engineer to ensure that the rock pit meets the standards. It is a regular practice at Premier Group BC, to recommend solutions that can save time and money for our clients.
When the municipality main lines are shallow and gravity flow is not feasible for storm and/or sanitary, we install sumps for pumps. These sumps are properly stacked, grouted and sealed for long-term viability of the property according to the City and engineer’s requirements.
